Within the first hour of awakening, go for a walk. It will set the tone for the rest of the day, give your brain oxygen, and establish your circadian rhythm.
Try to meditate for five minutes if you can't meditate for twenty. Make it a habit to show up on time.
If you're a nerd, lift weights. If you're jacked, read books.
