1. No caffeine past 11 am 2. Stop eating at 8 pm 3. Journal, meditate, read 4. Avoid strenuous exercise 5. Make time for s*x The quality of your day is determined before you wake up.

Use nights for input: Books - Netflix - Twitter

Use mornings for output: - Lifting - Writing - Deep work You'll see a 5x in productivity!

Within the first hour of awakening, go for a walk. It will set the tone for the rest of the day, give your brain oxygen, and establish your circadian rhythm.

Write only one page if you can't write two. Workout for 20 minutes if you can't work out for 60.

Try to meditate for five minutes if you can't meditate for twenty. Make it a habit to show up on time.

If you're a nerd, lift weights. If you're jacked, read books.

A jacked nerd is f*cking unstoppable.

Believe in your heart and soul that you are capable of big things in your life.

The only thing that is standing in your way is yourself. Remove your glass ceiling.
